It’s not the language. That works. I use it a only daily basis. No problem with that.

Take Visual Studio, an application in which I ‘live’ quite a lot. Click help, enter a search query and press enter. The results you see come from the MSDN library at http://msdn.microsoft.com/library (or from my locally installed MSDN library if I’m not online) -and- from online communities. It aggregates the search results into one window and allows me to pick any search result. One window to a lot of information. No browsing around the web, nothing like that. Integrated help that does the thing for me. That’s the way it should be. I don’t want to remember where to look for information, that’s what we have tools for. Shouldn’t be too difficult to build something like that for Eclipse?
